LockedIn AI vs Beyz AI comes down to reach versus price: LockedIn AI runs on more devices (Windows, macOS, a web app, iPhone and Android) and has a free plan you can test every day, while Beyz AI costs less if you prepay three or six months and adds a meeting assistant and a phone-interview helper. As of October 2026, LockedIn's Unlimited General plan lists at $109.98 a month month to month (a promotion on October 17 cut the first payment to $43.99), and Beyz costs $49.99 a month, or $24.99–$32.99 a month prepaid, with no refunds on any subscription.
We make CoPilot Interview, a competing product, and we cover it briefly as a third option near the end. Every LockedIn AI and Beyz AI fact below comes from the vendors' own pricing pages, support docs, refund terms and homepages, checked on October 17, 2026. We did not buy either plan, and we left out the user counts and success figures both sites show, because they are the vendors' own unaudited numbers.
LockedIn AI vs Beyz AI: the short verdict
- Pick LockedIn AI if you want to try live answers for free before paying, need a phone or browser version as well as a desktop app, or want long paid sessions (up to 120 minutes, per its docs).
- Pick Beyz AI if you're fine prepaying three or six months for a lower monthly price, and you also want help in client meetings and phone screens on the same subscription.
- Be careful with both on refunds: Beyz refunds nothing, and LockedIn's monthly and quarterly plans are non-refundable once started. Test the free version first.
If what you actually need is practice rather than live help, neither is the cheapest route; see the third option below.

LockedIn AI vs Beyz AI pricing
LockedIn AI
LockedIn's pricing page on October 17, 2026 showed a "60% off" limited-time banner. For the Unlimited General plan, that meant:
- Monthly: $43.99 for the first payment, then the regular $109.98 a month.
- Every 3 months: $31.99 a month for the first payment (about $96), then the regular $79.98 a month, billed every 3 months (about $240 a quarter, our arithmetic).
Both include unlimited interview sessions and unlimited mock interviews, with sessions of up to 2 hours. LockedIn also sells Professional, Credits and Lifetime plans. Its prices move often: our LockedIn AI pricing guide recorded a $54.99 monthly price for General on October 14, three days earlier. Check the total at checkout, not the banner.
Beyz AI
- Monthly: $49.99 a month. No coding assistant, up to 5 AI assistants, résumé-only uploads.
- God: $32.99 a month, billed quarterly (about $99 up front). Adds the coding assistant, unlimited assistants and extra files up to 5 MB each.
- Titan: $24.99 a month, billed every 6 months (about $150 up front). Same as God, with extra files up to 25 MB each.
Every paid Beyz plan includes the meeting assistant, the phone assistant and unlimited mock interviews. Section 6 of Beyz's terms says all subscriptions, including renewals, are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancelling.
What a two-month search costs
Our arithmetic at the prices shown on October 17, 2026, before tax:
- LockedIn AI: two monthly payments come to $153.97 with the first-payment promotion ($219.96 at the regular price). One 3-month term costs about $96 with the promotion, or about $240 at the regular price.
- Beyz AI: two Monthly payments come to $99.98 without coding help. A God quarter at about $99 includes coding help, so prepaying is the cheaper way in if you need it.

Features: where each one is stronger
Where LockedIn AI is stronger
- Platforms. Native apps for Windows and macOS (including older Macs on 13.1), a web app and phone apps. Beyz's desktop app needs macOS 14 or Windows 11 22H2.
- A free plan you can measure. LockedIn publishes its free limits exactly; Beyz says you can start free but doesn't say how much you get.
- Published session caps. Paid sessions run up to 120 minutes, long enough for almost any single round.
- Post-session reports. Mock interviews come with a performance report, which is the part that helps you improve between rounds.
Where Beyz AI is stronger
- Prepaid price. At $24.99 a month on the 6-month Titan plan, Beyz is far cheaper per month than LockedIn's regular prices.
- Beyond interviews. A meeting assistant (transcription, translation, note cards and a summary after the call) and a phone interview assistant come with every paid plan.
- Prep material. Role-specific interview cheat sheets with examples and stories are generated for each job.
- Language pairs. Beyz lists more than a dozen languages and lets you set up to two secondary languages, useful if an interviewer may switch languages.
Both vendors also market help with online assessments. We don't recommend using any assistant during an assessment. Take the assessment yourself and follow the employer's rules — use CoPilot Interview to practice beforehand.

A third option: CoPilot Interview
CoPilot Interview is a desktop app for Windows 10+ and macOS 12+ that we make. It runs in its own window beside Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, shows live captions of the interviewer's question and gives a structured answer in about 2 seconds. Its Mock Interview builds questions from your résumé and the job description, reads them aloud, scores each spoken answer out of 10 with what to fix and a model answer, and ends with a report card. It is not affiliated with Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot.
Disclosure: we make CoPilot Interview.
| CoPilot Interview | LockedIn AI | Beyz AI | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free use | 15 minutes every day, sessions up to 15 minutes, no card or signup, all four modes | Up to 60 minutes a day in 5-minute sessions | Free start; limits not published |
| Cheapest month to month | Best choice: Standard $14.99/mo (sale; regular $19.99) | $109.98/mo regular | $49.99/mo, no coding help |
| No-subscription option | Best choice: hour packs from $5.99 (1 hour), never expire | Credits and Lifetime plans | None listed |
| Refund | Best choice: 14-day money-back on the first payment of a new subscription, if under 30 minutes of live session time was used | Monthly and quarterly: none once started | None |
| Platforms | Windows and macOS desktop; Android companion in beta | Desktop, web, iOS, Android | Browser, Mac and Windows desktop |
LockedIn AI is ahead on platform reach and free minutes per day; CoPilot Interview costs less month to month and is the only one of the three with a refund window on a new monthly subscription. Standard gives 60-minute sessions, up to 100 minutes a day, with no gap between sessions. See our pricing, the refund policy and the wider AI interview assistant comparison.
Follow the rules of the employer or assessment you're in — many people use it only to practice, which works on the free plan. You can also run a free AI mock interview in your browser with nothing to install.
Practice before you prepay anything
CoPilot Interview's free plan gives you 15 minutes every day with no card or signup, including Mock Interview, which scores each spoken answer out of 10. Windows and macOS.
