Beyz AI vs Parakeet AI: Which AI Interview Copilot Costs Less?

A subscription you prepay against credits you buy by the hour, plus features, platforms, languages and refund terms, from both vendors' own sites.

Beyz AI vs Parakeet AI is a choice between prepaying a subscription and buying hours. Both are AI interview copilots that suggest answers during calls, but Beyz sells plans from $24.99 to $49.99 a month with no refunds, while Parakeet sells one-hour credits from $38 (down to $11.80 each in its largest pack) or Unlimited at $149.90 a month, with a 7-day refund for unused purchases.

We make CoPilot Interview, a competing product, and cover it briefly at the end. Every Beyz AI and Parakeet AI fact below comes from each vendor's own homepage, pricing section, FAQ and terms, checked between October 14 and 22, 2026, in USD as shown to a US visitor. We didn't buy either plan, and we left out the user counts, rankings and success claims both sites display. This comparison is part of the state of AI interview assistants in 2026.

How do Beyz AI and Parakeet AI charge?

Beyz AI: three prepaid plans

Beyz's pricing table lists three paid plans, all marked "cancel anytime":

Every paid plan includes the Meeting Assistant, the Phone Assistant and unlimited mock interviews and "90s Prep". The table shows no minute or session cap. The catch is coding: there's no month-to-month way to get the Coding Assistant.

Parakeet AI: credits or Unlimited

Parakeet's homepage pricing works three ways:

Because sessions are billed in 30-minute blocks, a 45-minute interview uses a full credit. Round every call up and keep a spare credit for overruns.

What does each AI interview copilot do beyond the live answer?

Beyz AI is a bundle. You build "AI assistants" from your personal information and files, then open one during a call. Around that sit Solo Practice, AI mock interviews, role-specific interview cheat sheets, a Phone Assistant for phone screens and a Meeting Assistant with a teleprompter, live transcription, note cards and a summary. Its language list covers English (US, UK and India), Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Chinese, and you can set up to two secondary languages, useful if an interviewer may switch. The desktop app needs macOS 14 or Windows 11 22H2, so older computers must use the browser version. Our Beyz AI review covers each tool.

Parakeet AI leads its homepage with "Your Real-Time AI Interview Assistant", and lists sales calls and client meetings as uses too. It lets you choose the AI model per session from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, listens in one of 50+ languages per session, and runs in its desktop apps, in desktop Chrome (also its route for Linux) or in a phone browser; it has no native mobile app yet. Prep tools include mock interviews, a Question Bank by company, a Resume Maker and AI headshots. Check the address: the product is at parakeet-ai.com, with a hyphen. Our Parakeet AI review has more.

In short: Beyz covers more kinds of calls on one subscription; Parakeet covers more devices, languages and model choices, and you pay only for the hours you use.

What does a real job search cost on each?

Two example schedules we made up, using one-hour interviews and the cheapest option that covers them, by our arithmetic at the prices above, before tax:

Example scheduleCoPilot InterviewBeyz AIParakeet AI
Five interviews in one month, two with codingBest choice: $14.99 (Standard, 1 month)$98.97 (God, because coding needs it)$118 (8-credit pack, 3 hours spare)
Twelve interviews over three monthsBest choice: $44.97 (Standard, 3 months)$98.97 (God, 3 months)$177 (15-credit pack, 3 hours spare)

CoPilot Interview's Standard plan allows 60-minute sessions and up to 100 minutes a day, so two hour-long rounds on the same day would need Pro at $29.99 a month. For Parakeet, Unlimited at $149.90 a month only beats credits above about 12.7 hours of calls a month at the best credit rate. For Beyz, Titan's $149.94 for six months beats a second God quarter if your search runs past three months.

Free use and refunds

Beyz: you can start free with no card, but Beyz doesn't say how long or how much. Section 6 of its terms says all subscriptions, including renewals, are non-refundable, whatever the reason, and that covers the full prepaid quarter or half-year. The operator named is Beyz Inc.

Parakeet: the free sessions are enough to test audio capture and answer speed, but no single one covers a full round. Its refund policy gives a 7-day window for accidental or unused purchases; a used purchase qualifies only if a technical issue on Parakeet's side stopped you, within 30 days. There are no partial refunds, and the limit is one refund per person. More detail is in our Parakeet AI pricing guide and Beyz AI pricing guide.

Tip: With Beyz, cancel renewal right after you buy if you only need one term; renewals are non-refundable too. With Parakeet, spend the free sessions on your hardest question type before you buy any credit.

Which should you pick?

Where CoPilot Interview fits

Best choice: CoPilot Interview, if you want an AI interview copilot that costs less than either in both schedules above, includes coding help on every plan and gives you a refund window. Disclosure: we make CoPilot Interview, so weigh our verdict accordingly.

It's a desktop app for Windows 10+ and macOS 12+ that runs beside Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, with live captions of the question and a structured answer in about 2 seconds after the question ends. Dual AI Mode shows two models' answers side by side. See our desktop AI interview assistant for the full feature list. Honest limits: it's desktop only (the Android companion is a beta outside Google Play), it has no meeting assistant like Beyz's, no human coach, and fewer devices than Parakeet.

Practice it first

Run Mock Interview before any real round: it builds questions from your résumé and the job description, reads each aloud and scores your spoken answer out of 10 with what to fix and a model answer. The free browser AI mock interview needs no install. Follow the rules of the employer or platform you're interviewing with — many people use it only to practice, which works on the free plan.
