Refund Policy
Effective [[GO_LIVE_DATE]]
In short: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment on a new subscription. If you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of that payment and we’ll refund it in full. This is separate from, and in addition to, any statutory rights you may have (see the Terms of Service).
This Refund Policy is the governing document for our voluntary money-back guarantee. Where our marketing or a receipt summarises it, this page controls. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal, described in the Terms of Service; nothing here limits that right.
1. What this covers
Our voluntary money-back guarantee applies to your first payment on a new subscription, once per customer. It lets you try a paid plan and get that first payment back if it isn’t for you.
2. The 14-day window
You can request a refund of your first payment within 14 calendar days of the date of that payment. The date of your first payment is shown on your receipt and is the date the window is measured from.
3. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, within the 14-day window.
- You do not need to give a reason.
- We aim to respond within 5 business days and to process approved refunds to your original payment method.
4. What is not covered
- Renewal charges. This guarantee applies to your first payment only. Automatic renewal charges are not covered by it. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date (see section 5).
- Later subscriptions. If you cancel and subscribe again later, that new subscription’s first payment is not covered a second time — the guarantee is once per customer.
- Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory right you may have; see the Terms of Service.
5. How to avoid a renewal charge
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel before your renewal date you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it is not itself a refund of a charge already made.
6. Relationship to your statutory rights
This Policy describes a voluntary guarantee we offer in addition to the law. It does not replace or reduce any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including the EU/UK right of withdrawal for consumers, which is described in the Terms of Service. Where a statutory right gives you more than this Policy, the statutory right applies.
