Plans and prices

CoPilot Interview is a native desktop app for Windows and macOS that runs beside Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Pricing is deliberately simple: one permanent free tier, four paid tiers, and a custom option for organizations.

Free

$0 free forever

10 minutes per session, 2 sessions per day, free AI models, and no credit card required. It is a working tool, not a locked demo — use it as long as it fits your needs.

Standard

$14.99 /mo

$19.99/mo regular price. 60 minutes per session, 10 sessions per month, and Dual AI Mode. The natural first upgrade when 10-minute sessions stop being enough.

Pro

$29.99 /mo

70 minutes per session, fast premium AI models, and multi-model Dual AI. Built for candidates in an active loop who want speed and quality on every question.

Pro+

$49.99 /mo

70 minutes per session plus advanced reasoning models including Claude, Gemini and Grok. Pick this when you want the strongest reasoning on hard technical rounds.

Unlimited Pro

$199.99 /year

Billed annually. 30 sessions per month with all Pro models included. The best-value tier if your search — or your interviewing workload — runs for months rather than weeks.

Enterprise

Custom talk to us

For teams and organizations that need seats, rollout support and procurement-friendly terms. See the enterprise page to start a conversation.

Two things are true across every tier. First, the free plan never expires and never asks for a card, so the cost of finding out whether CoPilot Interview helps you is zero. Second, you still own your answers on every plan — the assistant drafts, structures and accelerates, but you explain and present the work in your own words.

Plan comparison table

The three numbers that actually differ between tiers are session length, how many sessions you get, and which AI models you can reach. Everything else — the desktop app, the platforms it works with, ownership of your own answers — is the same everywhere.

Plan Price Session length Sessions AI models
Free $0 — free forever 10 minutes per session 2 sessions per day Free AI models
Standard $14.99/mo (sale; regular $19.99) 60 minutes per session 10 sessions per month Dual AI Mode
Pro $29.99/mo 70 minutes per session Fast premium AI models, multi-model Dual AI
Pro+ $49.99/mo 70 minutes per session Advanced reasoning models including Claude, Gemini and Grok
Unlimited Pro $199.99/year 30 sessions per month All Pro models included

A dash means the plan is defined by the other limits rather than that one. Standard is the tier that jumps session length from 10 minutes to 60; Pro and Pro+ share the same 70-minute sessions and differ on model access; Unlimited Pro is the annual route for people who want volume across a long stretch.

Which plan should I pick?

Most people overbuy software and underuse it. Here is the honest routing advice: start free, then upgrade against a specific limit you actually hit, not against a feature list you might one day want.

Start with Free

If you have not run the app yet, start at $0. Ten minutes per session and two sessions per day is enough to rehearse, to sit through a short screen, or to confirm the workflow feels right on your machine. No card, no expiry.

Pick Standard if sessions are too short

The most common reason to upgrade is length: real interviews run 45 to 60 minutes, not 10. Standard at $14.99/mo (regular $19.99) moves you to 60 minutes per session and 10 sessions per month, with Dual AI Mode.

Pick Pro if you want speed and quality

Pro at $29.99/mo gives you 70 minutes per session and fast premium AI models with multi-model Dual AI. Choose it when latency matters and you want strong answers on back-to-back technical rounds.

Pick Pro+ for the hardest rounds

Pro+ at $49.99/mo keeps the 70-minute sessions and adds advanced reasoning models including Claude, Gemini and Grok. This is the tier for system design, tricky algorithms and questions where reasoning depth beats raw speed.

Pick Unlimited Pro for a long search

At $199.99/year with 30 sessions per month and all Pro models, the annual plan makes sense once you expect to be interviewing — or interviewing others — across many months rather than a short burst.

Pick Enterprise for a team

If you need multiple seats, coordinated rollout or procurement paperwork, Enterprise pricing is custom. Head to /enterprise and tell us the shape of your team.

A simple way to decide

  • Count your interviews. Two or three short screens this month? The free plan or Standard covers it. A dozen full-length loops? Pro, Pro+ or Unlimited Pro will stop you from rationing sessions.
  • Count the minutes, not the months. Session length is the limit people hit first. If your rounds are an hour long, a 10-minute session will frustrate you regardless of how good the models are.
  • Match the model to the question type. Behavioral and general questions do fine on faster models. Deep system design benefits from the advanced reasoning models in Pro+.
  • Price the season, not the slogan. Multiply a monthly plan by the number of months you realistically expect to search, then compare that against the $199.99/year Unlimited Pro figure before you commit.

What every plan includes

Pricing tiers change your limits and your model access. They do not change what the product fundamentally is.

  • A native desktop app for Windows and macOS Not a browser extension. The assistant lives in its own application window, which keeps it separate from the tab stack you may be sharing and makes behavior more predictable when a meeting client goes full screen.
  • Works alongside Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet You run your interview platform exactly as you normally would and position CoPilot Interview next to it. There is nothing to install into the meeting tool itself.
  • Real-time answers you review before you speak Capture the question, get a structured response, and adapt it in your own voice. The draft is a starting point — you remain responsible for what you say and for following each employer's stated policy.
  • Coding and behavioral support Approach outlines, code drafts and complexity notes for technical rounds; clearer story structure for behavioral questions. See Interviewer Mode if you sit on the hiring side, and Ghost Mode for the private-window behavior during screen share.
  • A free plan that does not expire The $0 tier is permanent. You can stay on it indefinitely, and you can drop back to it at any time if you cancel a paid plan. Details on the free AI interview assistant page.

Pricing FAQ

The questions people actually ask before they pay — answered plainly.

What is included in the free tier?

The Free plan costs $0 and is free forever. It gives you 10 minutes per session, 2 sessions per day, and free AI models. No credit card is required to create an account or to keep using it. It is the same desktop app paid users run, so you can test the real workflow on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet before you decide whether any paid tier is worth it.

How much does CoPilot Interview cost?

Free is $0. Standard is $14.99 per month at the current sale price, with a regular price of $19.99 per month. Pro is $29.99 per month. Pro+ is $49.99 per month. Unlimited Pro is $199.99 per year. Enterprise pricing is custom and quoted per organization.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Paid plans are subscriptions you can cancel whenever you want, and you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for. After that you are simply moved back to the Free plan, which stays available at $0 with 10 minutes per session and 2 sessions per day.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds apply to paid plans only, since the Free plan never charges you anything. If something goes wrong with a paid subscription, contact support with your account email and order details and we will review the request. Trying the Free plan first is the best way to confirm the app works on your machine before you pay.

Is there a student discount?

We do not publish a standing student discount on this page. If you are a student, contact support with your details and ask — we would rather answer you directly than advertise a rate we cannot honor. In the meantime, the Free plan is available to everyone at $0 with no credit card.

What is the difference between Pro and Pro+?

Both Pro and Pro+ give you 70 minutes per session. Pro at $29.99 per month focuses on fast premium AI models with multi-model Dual AI. Pro+ at $49.99 per month adds advanced reasoning models including Claude, Gemini and Grok, which is the tier to pick when you want the strongest reasoning on hard system design and algorithm questions.

Is Unlimited Pro cheaper than paying monthly?

Unlimited Pro is billed annually at $199.99 per year and includes 30 sessions per month with all Pro models. Compared with paying $29.99 every month for a full year, the annual plan is the better value if you expect your search or your interviewing responsibilities to run for many months rather than a few weeks.

Do you have team or enterprise pricing?

Yes. Enterprise pricing is custom rather than a fixed published rate, because seat counts, deployment and support needs vary. Visit the enterprise page to tell us what your organization needs and we will put together a quote.
