The best Beyz AI alternative for most job seekers is CoPilot Interview: you can pay month to month from $14.99 with no separate coding tier, and your first subscription payment has a 14-day money-back window, while Beyz's terms make every subscription non-refundable. CoPilot Interview's free plan also gives 15 minutes every day with no signup, and it runs on Windows 10+ and macOS 12+, which covers older computers Beyz's desktop app does not.
We make CoPilot Interview, so weigh our pick with that in mind. Every Beyz fact here comes from beyz.ai and its terms, checked on October 17, 2026. For a full look at Beyz itself, read our Beyz AI review; this page is about what to use instead and how to choose.
What Beyz AI is (as of October 2026)
Beyz AI, run by Beyz Inc., is a real-time interview assistant that suggests answers built from your profile and the interview context. It works in a browser or as a desktop app for Mac and Windows, and the call apps it names are Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. Around that core it bundles a coding assistant, solo practice, AI mock interviews, role-specific interview cheat sheets, a phone interview assistant and a meeting assistant with a teleprompter and call summaries.
The desktop app is a free download with no account required, but it needs macOS 14 or later or Windows 11 22H2 or later. Beyz's pricing section shows three paid plans as of October 2026:
| Beyz plan | Price | Billing | Coding assistant | File uploads |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | No credit card | Limits not published | Not published |
| Monthly | $49.99/mo | Every month | Not included | Résumé only; 5 AI assistants |
| God | $32.99/mo | Billed quarterly | Included | Extra files up to 5 MB each |
| Titan | $24.99/mo | Billed every 6 months | Included | Extra files up to 25 MB each |
Every paid plan includes the meeting assistant, the phone assistant, and unlimited mock interviews and "90s Prep."
Why people look for a Beyz AI alternative
These are reasons you can verify on Beyz's own pages, not reviews or rumors.
- No refunds at all. Section 6 of the Beyz terms says all subscriptions, including renewals, are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If you prepay six months and your interviews end in two, the rest is gone.
- Coding help requires a commitment. The $49.99 Monthly plan excludes the coding assistant. The cheapest way to get it is the God plan, about $99 up front for three months.
- Older computers can't run the desktop app. macOS 13 and earlier, and Windows 10, are below its stated requirements.
- The free tier is undefined. Beyz says you can start free with no card, but it does not publish how much free use you get.
- Practice scoring isn't published. Mock interviews are unlimited on paid plans, but the site doesn't say how answers are graded.

Dual AI Mode shows two models' answers side by side. CoPilot Interview is not affiliated with Microsoft, Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot. Follow the rules of the employer or assessment you're in — many people use it only to practice, which works on the free plan.
Beyz also sells a separate app it markets for coding questions and virtual assessments. Take the assessment yourself and follow the employer's rules — use CoPilot Interview to practice beforehand.

How to switch from Beyz AI without losing money
- Turn off auto-renewal now. Renewals are non-refundable under Beyz's terms, so cancel before the next billing date even if you keep using the current period.
- Save your context. Copy your profile, stories and any interview cheat sheets you generated so you can reuse them.
- Check your computer. CoPilot Interview runs on Windows 10+ and macOS 12+; download, unzip and run it, with no signup.
- Practice a coding round. Coding mode gives complete code in your chosen language, the complexity and an example run. Try it in a mock interview with the coding mix selected.
- Do a 2-minute test call on the app your interview uses and confirm the captions pick up the other person clearly.
- Pay month to month, or buy one hour. A $5.99 pack covers a single interview; you don't have to prepay a quarter.
