LinkJob AI vs LockedIn AI: Which AI Interview Copilot Is Better Value?

Model access, plan prices, trials, platforms and refund terms from both vendors' own pages, with LockedIn AI's rotating offers checked twice.

LinkJob AI vs LockedIn AI is a trade between model access and reach. Both are AI interview copilots with desktop apps and mock interviews, but LinkJob AI gives unlimited use on every plan while tying its stronger AI models to longer commitments ($99.99 a month, or $29.99 a month on a yearly subscription), and LockedIn AI's Unlimited General plan was $54.99 a month or $39.99 a month billed every 3 months on October 22, 2026, with iPhone, Android and web apps as well.

We make CoPilot Interview, a competing product, and cover it briefly at the end. Every LinkJob AI and LockedIn AI fact below comes from the vendors' own pricing pages, FAQs, download pages, terms and refund policies, checked between October 14 and 22, 2026, in USD. LinkJob writes its name "Linkjob AI"; we use LinkJob AI, as in our other guides. We didn't buy either plan. For the rest of the category, see the state of AI interview assistants in 2026.

How do LinkJob AI and LockedIn AI price their plans?

LinkJob AI: unlimited use, models by plan

From the LinkJob AI pricing page, checked October 22, 2026:

Every plan has the same features and unlimited usage; its FAQ says only the models and the duration differ. You can also buy each plan as a one-time payment that never renews, at a higher price ($119.99 for one month on October 20). The only free option is a 30-minute trial when you download the app, and you can ask an admin in its Discord or WhatsApp group for more.

LockedIn AI: unlimited, credits or lifetime

LockedIn's pricing page shows each price beside a struck-through "standard" price about twice as high. On October 22, 2026, Unlimited General was $54.99 a month or $39.99 a month billed every 3 months, with unlimited sessions and mock interviews and sessions of up to 2 hours. Credits plans were $69.99 a month for 400 copilot minutes, or $49.99 a month billed every 3 months for 20 hours. There's also an Unlimited Professional tier that adds LockedIn Duo (remote interview assist) and a Lifetime plan. Its free plan allows unlimited 5-minute sessions, up to 60 free minutes a day.

The key difference: on LockedIn, the models listed on the Unlimited General card (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and others) come with the monthly plan. On LinkJob, the monthly plan gets only the basic models, and LinkJob's own FAQ recommends the Yearly plan for demanding coding and system design rounds.

What did LockedIn AI's offer look like on two checks?

LockedIn rotates its offers, so we loaded its pricing page twice on October 22, 2026, in two separate browser sessions. Both checks matched: Unlimited General at $54.99 a month against a struck-through $109.98 ("Save 50%"), or $39.99 a month billed every 3 months ("Save 64%"), under a banner offering 50% off "forever" for a limited time. Both also showed Credits at $69.99 a month for 400 copilot minutes.

On October 17 a different "60% off" promotion applied to the first payment only. Our Interviews.chat vs LockedIn AI comparison explains how LockedIn's credits work, and our LockedIn AI pricing breakdown lists every plan.

What does each AI interview copilot include?

LinkJob AI lists a real-time interview assistant, AI mock interview practice, a coding copilot on customizable hotkeys and customizable AI responses, for general, coding and phone interviews. You upload your résumé and the job description so suggestions draw on your background. Its downloads page offers builds for macOS (Intel and Apple silicon), Windows 7 through 11 and Linux, a wider operating-system list than LockedIn's or ours. It names Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Lark among supported call apps and lists ten interface languages, including Japanese, Arabic and Korean. More in our LinkJob AI review.

LockedIn AI leads on devices rather than operating systems: native desktop apps, a web app in Chrome, Edge, Opera or Brave, and iOS and Android apps, though in-app prices are higher than on the web. Paid sessions run up to 2 hours (60 minutes for mock interviews), with summaries and reports afterwards. It names Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Skype among supported call apps. See our LockedIn AI review.

Refunds, renewals and cancellation

LinkJob AI. Its pricing FAQ offers a money-back guarantee on first-time Quarterly and Yearly purchases but states no time window, and says Monthly plans, renewals and upgrades are non-refundable. It also refunds significant technical bugs if you send proof to support. Its terms of service say subscriptions are generally non-refundable, that a refund may be accepted if the service hasn't been used substantially, and that refunds take 5 to 7 business days. The two pages disagree on renewal: the FAQ says subscriptions renew automatically, while the terms describe a one-time process. Assume it renews. To cancel, use PayPal's subscription settings or LinkJob's Stripe billing portal, or ask support, which says it cancels within 24 hours.

LockedIn AI. Its refund policy (last updated October 14, 2026) makes monthly and quarterly plans non-refundable once started. Annual plans get a partial refund within 7 days of purchase, and Lifetime gets a full refund within 7 days only if you haven't started a session. Cancel web purchases in the web app's Billing & Plans page, and app-store purchases in the App Store or Google Play.

Tip: On LinkJob, the Quarterly subscription ($209.97) costs only $9.99 more than two Monthly payments ($199.98) and adds both the first-purchase money-back guarantee and better models. On LockedIn, two monthly payments ($109.98) cost less than one 3-month term ($119.97).

Which should you choose?

Where CoPilot Interview fits

Best choice: CoPilot Interview, if you want an AI interview copilot with a free plan that renews daily, scored practice and a refund window that covers monthly plans too. Disclosure: we make CoPilot Interview, so weigh our verdict with that in mind.

It's a desktop app for Windows 10+ and macOS 12+ that runs beside Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, with live captions of the question and a structured answer in about 2 seconds after the question ends. Two months of Standard cost $29.98. See how CoPilot Interview works as a desktop AI interview assistant. Honest limits: no Linux build and no phone app yet (the Android companion is a beta outside Google Play), no human coach, and our 60- and 70-minute sessions are shorter than LockedIn's 2 hours.

Practice it first

Run a Mock Interview built from your résumé and the job description: questions are read aloud, and each spoken answer is scored out of 10 with what to fix and a model answer, then a report card. Or try the free browser AI mock interview with nothing to install. Follow the rules of the employer or platform you're interviewing with — many people use it only to practice, which works on the free plan. Another pair worth reading: Beyz AI vs Parakeet AI.

Practice more than 30 minutes before you spend $100

CoPilot Interview's free plan gives you 15 minutes every day, with a Mock Interview that scores each spoken answer out of 10. No card and no account to start.
