How to Cancel Big Interview (and Use the 30-Day Refund)

The My Account and Billing steps from Big Interview's help center, how its 30-day money-back guarantee works, and what to do with a school account, checked October 2026.

How to cancel Big Interview: log in at app.biginterview.com, open My Account, go to Billing and click Cancel Subscription, then give a short reason and click Cancel Subscription again. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund you automatically; as of October 2026, Big Interview gives a full refund if you email support@biginterview.com within 30 days of your purchase.

The steps come from Big Interview's help center article Canceling your Account (updated June 10, 2026), the FAQ on its pricing page and its Terms and Conditions (last updated June 8, 2026), all checked on October 20, 2026. Big Interview is run by Skillful Communications, Inc. We make CoPilot Interview, which also offers AI mock interviews, so we stick to what Big Interview publishes.

How to cancel Big Interview, step by step

  1. Log in to your Big Interview account at app.biginterview.com.
  2. Open My Account, your account page.
  3. Select Billing.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.
  5. Give a reason and confirm. Enter a brief reason (the form needs at least 10 characters) and click Cancel Subscription to submit.
  6. Watch for the confirmation. Big Interview says you'll receive confirmation that the cancellation was successful, and that once it's confirmed you won't be charged again.

The pricing page FAQ describes the same thing as cancelling your membership renewal through your account page. Big Interview's terms say recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date, so do it before then.

Tip: If you want your money back, email support@biginterview.com in the same sitting. Cancelling only stops future charges; the refund is a separate request.

Mobile app

Big Interview's iOS and Android app is for lessons, practice and assignments. Its help article says you must register on the desktop version first, and it doesn't describe buying or cancelling in the app, so use the web steps above.

School, library and government accounts

The cancellation article covers consumer accounts only. If you use Big Interview through a school, library or government program, those steps don't apply; Big Interview's FAQ says it's free for students when their school subscribes. Ask the organization that gave you access, or email support@biginterview.com.

What happens after you cancel Big Interview

For reference, the pricing page lists three individual plans as of October 2026: Interview BootCamp at $39 for a 30-day subscription, Interview Accelerator at $99 for a 3-month subscription, and Interview Pro at $299 as one fee for lifetime access. The first two are subscriptions; Interview Pro has no renewal. Our Big Interview pricing guide compares them.

Big Interview's refund policy in plain words

An example, by our arithmetic: if you bought on October 1, email support by October 31 to stay inside the 30-day window.

If cancelling Big Interview doesn't work

Big Interview's help center offers chat or email; the address is support@biginterview.com. Include your account email, your plan, the date you tried to cancel and a screenshot of the Billing section, and ask for written confirmation. If you're charged after cancelling, send the same details with the charge date and amount.

It's a desktop app for Windows 10+ and macOS 12+. With nothing to install, the browser AI mock interview has 113 real questions across 9 tracks, and the free STAR story builder helps you plan behavioral answers.
