What it does

The free plan handles setup properly. You give it your goals, upload your resume and materials, and it parses the job description and produces a prep checklist. The Practice Interview module then runs eight named interview formats, which is the most structured rehearsal published by anyone in this category.

During the round, Interview CoPilot handles the conversation and Screen Help with Auto-capture reads what is on your screen. Afterwards, Interview Debrief closes the loop. There is also an AI Resume Builder, and a feature the vendor calls Stealth Mode.

Platform coverage is unusually specific, which is a point in its favour because a published list is something you can hold a vendor to: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Amazon Chime, Zoom Phone, WhatsApp and Discord for meetings, plus CoderPad, HackerRank, CodeSignal, HireVue and LeetCode for coding.
