The best LinkJob AI alternatives in 2026 are CoPilot Interview if you want a permanent free plan and a month-to-month price under $15, Interviews Chat if you want unlimited use for $29 a month with a no-install web version, InterviewFox if you want answers on a paired phone, and Beyz AI if you also want meeting and phone assistants. As of October 2026 LinkJob AI costs $99.99 month to month and saves its best AI models for longer billing periods, so price is the main reason people compare.
Disclosure: we make CoPilot Interview, one of the eight tools below. Competitor facts come from each vendor's own site, read October 15–17, 2026, or from our comparison of the best AI interview assistants, checked on vendor sites in October 2026.
What LinkJob AI offers (as of October 2026)
LinkJob AI (linkjob.ai) is a desktop interview copilot. Its FAQ says desktop versions are available for Windows, macOS and Linux. It listens to the interviewer and suggests answers grounded in your résumé and the job description, with general, coding and behavioral modes, a coding assistant that analyzes screenshots, and a mock interview practice mode. Its homepage says 29+ languages are supported, and the site itself is offered in 10. It names Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex and Lark among meeting apps.
LinkJob AI also lists coding-assessment sites among its platforms. We don't recommend using any assistant during an assessment. Take the assessment yourself and follow the employer's rules — use CoPilot Interview to practice beforehand.
| LinkJob AI plan | Price (as of Oct 2026) | Billed | AI models |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $99.99/mo | $99.99 every month | Basic tier |
| Quarterly | $69.99/mo | $209.97 every 3 months | Professional tier |
| Yearly | $29.99/mo | $359.88 once a year | Premium tier |
| Lifetime | $999.99 | One time | Premium tier plus the newest flagship models |
Every plan lists the same core features: unlimited real-time help, mock interview practice and a coding copilot. What you pay for with a longer commitment is the model tier, which LinkJob describes as faster and better answers on the higher tiers. Entry is a 30-minute trial when you download the app, extended to 45 minutes if you join its Discord or WhatsApp community, or an hour if you leave a review. On refunds, the LinkJob AI pricing page offers a money-back guarantee on first-time Quarterly and Yearly purchases; Monthly plans, renewals and upgrades are non-refundable, and it doesn't state a refund rule for Lifetime. More detail is in our LinkJob AI review and CoPilot Interview vs LinkJob AI.
Why people look for a LinkJob AI alternative
- The month-to-month price. $99.99 a month is several times the month-to-month price of the cheapest alternatives below ($14.99 to $29).
- Better models need a longer commitment. The premium model tier starts with the Yearly plan, paid as $359.88 up front.
- Monthly plans can't be refunded. If you want to try a month and get your money back if it doesn't fit, the monthly plan doesn't allow that.
- The free entry is a trial, not a plan. Thirty minutes (up to an hour with community actions) is enough to see the interface, but tight for rehearsing a full interview loop.
Which AI models you get on each plan
LinkJob AI ties the model tier to how long you commit. Other tools draw the line in different places, so check the plan you'd actually buy:
- CoPilot Interview ties models to the monthly tier, not the billing length: fast free models on Free and Standard, ChatGPT and Gemini models on Pro ($29.99 a month, month to month), plus Claude on Pro+ ($49.99). Dual AI Mode shows two models' answers side by side.
- InterviewFox lists a larger set of models on its annual plans than on monthly and quarterly ones.
- Final Round AI uses standard models on its paid plan and premium models on Premium MAX, $41.67 a month billed yearly.
- Interviews Chat says you can choose among models from several AI labs; it doesn't spell out per-plan differences.

The 8 LinkJob AI alternatives, reviewed
1. CoPilot Interview: best overall alternative (our pick)
CoPilot Interview, which we make, is a desktop app for Windows 10+ and macOS 12+ that runs in its own window beside Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Like LinkJob AI it covers live help, coding and practice, but its free plan is permanent: 15 minutes every day with no card or signup, across all four modes. Live mode shows captions of the interviewer's question and a structured answer in about 2 seconds. Mock Interview builds questions from your résumé and the job description, lets you pick 3, 5 or 8 questions and the mix (behavioral, technical, system design, coding), scores each spoken answer out of 10 with what to fix and a model answer, and ends with a report card.
Strengths: the lowest month-to-month price here, hour packs that never expire (from $5.99), Interviewer Mode for hiring managers, a Resume Builder, 50+ languages, and a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of a new subscription if under 30 minutes of live session time was used. Limits: no Linux build and no lifetime plan, the phone companion is an Android beta, and free sessions stop at 15 minutes. Not affiliated with Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot.
2. Interviews Chat: best cheap unlimited plan
Interviews Chat runs in a browser with nothing to install, with an optional Chrome extension and a desktop app for desktop meeting apps. It offers answer formats such as STAR or bullet points and parallel suggestions across models. Starter is $19 a month for 1,000 one-minute credits, Booster $29 a month unlimited, and Pro $69 a quarter, per the Interviews Chat pricing page.
Strengths: unlimited use for less than a third of LinkJob AI's monthly price. Limits: free use is a one-off 30 credits, subscriptions are non-refundable under its terms, and desktop system requirements aren't published. See our Interviews Chat review and the best Interviews Chat alternatives.
3. InterviewFox: best for answers on a phone
InterviewFox captures your computer's system audio and shows answers on a paired phone. Free users get unlimited 10-minute sessions. Pro is $49 a month, $39 a month billed quarterly or $29 a month billed yearly ($348); Elite, from $99 a month, adds a prep agent on WhatsApp or SMS. Credit packs on InterviewFox start at $58 for 500 minutes and never expire.
Strengths: a real free tier and pay-as-you-go minutes. Limits: monthly plans are generally non-refundable; a first quarterly or annual purchase can be refunded within 7 days only if you've used 10 minutes or less. See our InterviewFox review.
4. Beyz AI: best for interviews plus meetings
Beyz AI runs in a browser or as a desktop app (macOS 14+, Windows 11 22H2+) and bundles a meeting assistant, a phone assistant, cheat sheets for each role and unlimited mock interviews on every paid plan. The Monthly plan is $49.99 without the coding assistant; God is $32.99 a month billed quarterly and Titan $24.99 a month billed every six months, per beyz.ai.
Strengths: broad coverage at half LinkJob AI's monthly price. Limits: every subscription, including renewals, is non-refundable, and coding help needs a three- or six-month plan. See our Beyz AI review.
5. LockedIn AI: best for native phone apps
LockedIn AI has desktop, web, Chrome extension, iOS and Android apps. Free sessions last 5 minutes, up to 60 minutes a day with no card. Paid plans are $109.98 a month (first month $43.99) or $79.98 a month billed every three months (first payment $31.99 a month), and it also sells a lifetime plan ($999.50 in our October 2026 comparison), which makes it the closest match if LinkJob AI's lifetime option appealed to you.
Strengths: the widest platform coverage. Limits: monthly and quarterly plans aren't refundable once started; its pricing page loads in the app, so confirm figures at checkout. See our LockedIn AI review.
6. Final Round AI: best for a practice suite
Final Round AI's desktop app (macOS 14.4+ and Windows) pairs live help with practice interviews in eight scenarios, automatic debriefs and a 10,000+ question bank. The paid plan is $150 a month, about $250 a quarter or $300 a year; Premium MAX adds premium models. Its refund policy offers 3 days on all plans, once per customer.
Strengths: the deepest practice-and-debrief loop here, and a refund window that covers monthly plans. Limits: no free trial of live sessions, and month to month it costs more than LinkJob AI. See LinkJob AI vs Final Round AI and our Final Round AI review.
7. Verve AI: best free mock interviews
Verve AI's forever-free plan includes 3 copilot sessions a month of 15 minutes and 5 AI mock interviews. Standard is $44.99 a month with 5 sessions of up to 60 minutes; Pro is $84.99 a month, or $34.99 a month billed annually, with unlimited 90-minute sessions, per the Verve AI pricing page. Apps cover Mac, Windows and iPhone.
Strengths: free practice interviews and an iPhone app. Limits: Standard's 5 sessions a month can run out in a busy week. See our Verve AI review.
8. Parakeet AI: best pay-by-the-hour option
Parakeet AI sells one-hour credits at $38 each, or down to $11.80 each in a 15-credit bundle, and unlimited at $149.90 a month or $49.99 a month billed yearly, per the Parakeet AI pricing page. It runs as a desktop app for Windows and macOS and in desktop Chrome, which it names as the way to use it on Linux.
Strengths: no subscription for a few interviews, and a browser path for Linux users. Limits: single credits are costly, and month-to-month unlimited is pricier than LinkJob AI. See our Parakeet AI review.
How to switch from LinkJob AI
- Keep your current plan running; you don't need to cancel anything to test.
- Install one alternative with a free option and add the same résumé and job description you used in LinkJob AI.
- Run one behavioral and one technical question out loud, and note how fast a suggestion appears and whether it sounds like you.
- Run a scored practice round, such as a free AI mock interview in your browser, to see where your answers need work.
- Decide before your LinkJob AI renewal date, since renewals aren't refundable.
Whatever you use, follow the rules of the employer or assessment you're in — many people use an AI interview tool only to practice, which works on CoPilot Interview's free plan.
How we chose these alternatives
We compared published features, prices and terms on each vendor's site, read October 15–17, 2026; LockedIn AI's figures are from our October 2026 comparison. We didn't buy plans or run paid tests, so we make no claims about other tools' answer quality or speed, and we left out vendors' own user counts, ratings and accuracy percentages. The picks weigh the free option, month-to-month and 3-month cost, refund terms, model access by plan and platforms. For a general buying checklist, read how to choose an AI interview copilot.
