AIApply pricing, as of October 2026, is split into separate subscriptions: Premium (the AIApply Toolkit) at $29 a month or $144 a year, Auto Apply from $49 a month for 100 applications, and Interview Buddy, its live interview assistant, at $19 a month or $99 a year. There's a limited free plan but no free trial, and fees are generally non-refundable, with narrow exceptions such as an accidental purchase reported within 30 minutes.
AIApply doesn't publish a public price table: when we checked on October 20, 2026, aiapply.co/pricing sent us to the homepage. Every figure below comes from AIApply's own help center, mainly its Pricing & billing and How plans, credits, and charges work articles, checked the same day. Prices are in USD, which is how AIApply charges every subscription; VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

Per-month equivalents for yearly plans are our arithmetic. AIApply says it bills monthly, quarterly or annually and that "Weekly and lifetime plans are not offered"; any weekly price you see on the platform is, in its words, only an illustrative breakdown. Premium, Auto Apply, Interview Buddy and the tailoring add-ons are each priced on their own, so a plan for one doesn't include the others.
What the AIApply free plan includes
AIApply's Free trial & getting started article is direct: "We don't currently offer a free trial." Instead, you can open a free subscription with limited access to:
- Up to two mock interviews
- The job board, and saving jobs you're interested in
- A limited number of cover letters (the article doesn't give the number)
The Resume Builder isn't available on the free tier, and Auto Apply only starts once a paid subscription is active. Two mock interviews are enough to see how AIApply's practice tool builds a session from your résumé and a job posting, but not enough to prepare for a full loop.
How Auto Apply credits work
Auto Apply is the product most people buy AIApply for, and it runs on credits:
- One credit is one application. A credit is only used when an application is successfully submitted; failed or unsupported attempts don't count.
- Quarterly credits arrive at once. The $199 quarterly plan puts all 750 credits in your account on day one, not 250 a month.
- Credits roll over only while you're subscribed. If you cancel, unused credits are lost at the end of the billing period, and reactivating later starts from zero.
- Upgrades reset your billing date. You can upgrade any time; the billing date moves to the upgrade date. The upgrade list shows $49 for 100 applications, $99 for 250, $199 for 600, $299 for 1,000 and $499 for 2,000, without stating a billing period for the larger tiers. Note that $199 buys 600 applications in that list but 750 on the quarterly plan, so confirm the period at checkout.
- Broad criteria use credits faster. AIApply says broader criteria and its Auto Mode can use up a smaller plan within days.
In cost per application (our arithmetic): $0.49 on the 100 plan, about $0.40 on the 250 plan and about $0.27 on the quarterly 750 plan, before tailoring add-ons.
AIApply billing, refund and cancellation terms
Refunds
AIApply's refund policy article says subscription fees are "generally non-refundable," with two exceptions and several exclusions:
- Accidental purchases: you may qualify if you contact support within 30 minutes of the initial charge and haven't made meaningful use of the service.
- Technical issues: a reproducible problem that materially prevents you from using the service, with screenshots, error messages and steps to reproduce. Support gets a chance to fix it first.
- Not refundable: "Auto Apply is non-refundable once applications have been submitted." Renewal charges are generally final, and refunds aren't given because you didn't get interviews or offers, or because you bought the wrong plan.
- How to ask: through the AIApply support chat. Approved refunds take 5 to 10 business days.
Cancelling
Its cancellation guide gives the path: sign in, open Account Settings, select Billing, then select Cancel below the renewal date. Each subscription has its own Cancel button, so Premium and Auto Apply must be cancelled separately. You'll be offered a 1, 2 or 3 month pause; choose "No thanks, continue cancelling" to finish. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You keep access until the paid period ends, and unused credits expire then.
iPhone app purchases
The AIApply app is iPhone-only (iOS 16.4 or later; there's no Android app). Auto Apply bought in the app is an auto-renewing subscription through your Apple Account, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Running every product at once, monthly, comes to $171 a month: Premium $29, Auto Apply 250 at $99, both tailoring add-ons at $24 and Interview Buddy at $19. If your search will run most of a year, the yearly Premium ($144) and Interview Buddy ($99) plans cost less than six months of either at the monthly price.
AIApply vs CoPilot Interview on price
The two products overlap only on interview practice and live help: AIApply's core is applying to jobs, while CoPilot Interview doesn't apply for you. AIApply figures were checked October 20, 2026; CoPilot Interview's are from our pricing page.

Do AIApply credits expire?
