The 360Interview.ai site says it's run by Subcue AI LLC, "the team behind SubcueAI." It splits the job in two:
- 360Interview.ai (free, no account): a browser mock interview that asks questions out loud, types what you say and scores every answer from 1 to 5 with what to fix and a stronger opening line. It also has a question bank of 98 questions across 11 roles, 25 common coding problems with the pattern and complexity to state, a "tell me about yourself" generator, a résumé builder and an answer builder. AI feedback has a fair-use daily cap, and nothing on the site joins your calls.
- SubcueAI (sign-up, paid tiers): the live assistant. It transcribes the interviewer in real time and drafts answers from your résumé and the job description during Zoom, Meet and Teams calls. It also has mock interviews, a résumé builder and 20+ languages.
So when people search for a 360Interview alternative, they usually mean one of two things: a better free practice site, or a live assistant without SubcueAI's credit system. This page covers both.

Its credits page sets the rates: 2 credits per minute of live transcription (rounded up to the next minute), 2 per AI answer, 2 per mock interview question and 2 per session analysis. Its own worked example puts a 30-minute live interview with 8 AI answers at 76 credits, and a 20-minute mock interview with 10 questions at 60 credits. Monthly credits don't roll over; top-up packs never expire.
By that math, the free Starter plan's 50 credits a month don't cover one 30-minute live interview or one 20-minute mock interview.
Why people look for a 360Interview alternative
Only reasons you can check on the vendors' own pages:
- Practice and live help are two products. The free site doesn't join calls; live help needs a separate SubcueAI account.
- The free live tier is small. 50 credits a month is about 25 minutes of transcription, per 360Interview.ai, and monthly credits reset each billing cycle.
- Older Macs aren't covered. SubcueAI's pricing page lists macOS 14 or later. If you're on macOS 12 or 13, it won't fit; CoPilot Interview runs on macOS 12+.
- Credit math takes work. Transcription, answers, mock questions and analysis each cost credits, so the cost of a session depends on how many answers you ask for.
- Free practice scores are coarse. 360Interview.ai scores on a 1–5 scale with a stronger opening line. If you want a full model answer for each question, look for a tool that shows one.
