How to cancel Verve AI: log in, click Manage Account just below your account name in the top-left corner, click Manage, then open your subscription settings and confirm the cancellation. As of October 2026, Verve doesn't refund the unused part of a billing cycle; it refunds only when a verifiable technical problem on its side stopped you using the service, or when you never used the service during the subscription.
Every step and policy below comes from Verve AI's own help center, refund policy and terms of service, checked on October 20, 2026. Verve AI is the interview copilot at vervecopilot.com, run by VERVE AI Inc. We make CoPilot Interview, a competing tool, so we stick to what Verve publishes and link each source.

How to cancel Verve AI on the web, step by step
Verve's help center article Cancel subscription lists three steps:
- Log in to your Verve AI account.
- Open account management. Click Manage Account in the top-left corner of the screen, just below your account name. On the account page, click the Manage button.
- Cancel the subscription. Select the settings for your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm. Once confirmed, your subscription won't renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
Verve invites feedback during the cancellation flow. Take a screenshot after you confirm and keep it until your next billing date has passed, so you can show when you cancelled if a renewal charge appears.
Phone and app-store purchases
Verve's help center describes its mobile experience as the Verve web app opened in a phone browser such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox, and its cancellation article covers only the account page. It doesn't describe an App Store or Google Play subscription, so the steps above apply however you reached Verve. If a charge on your statement looks different from what you expect, ask Verve support where your subscription is managed before you dispute it.
What happens after you cancel Verve AI
- You keep everything until the period ends. Verve says access to all features stays active until the end of your current billing period. Its example: cancel six months into a yearly plan and you keep full access for the remaining six months.
- No renewal charge. Its terms of service, last updated April 1, 2026, say you may cancel at any time and that paid features end at the close of the current billing cycle.
- Yearly plans are a full-year commitment. They're billed upfront in one payment. You can cancel at any time, but the unused part of the year isn't refunded unless the problem was a technical issue caused by Verve.
- Your interview data. The cancellation article doesn't say what happens to your interview profiles, transcripts or reports after the paid period ends. Verve's help center has a guide to downloading interview transcripts, so save what you want before then.
For reference, Verve's pricing page lists Free, Standard and Pro plans billed monthly, quarterly or annually. As of October 2026, Standard is $44.99 a month on monthly billing, $39.99 a month on quarterly billing or $16.99 a month billed annually, and Pro is $84.99, $59.99 or $34.99 on the same terms. The annual figure is a per-month equivalent; Verve's help center says yearly plans are billed upfront in one payment. Our Verve AI pricing breakdown covers each plan in detail.
Verve AI's refund policy in plain words
Verve publishes its refund rules twice: in the help center's Request refund article and on its refund policy page, last updated June 16, 2024. Both set the same conditions:
- Timing: ask while your subscription is active or within 5 business days after it's deactivated. Later requests aren't eligible.
- Grounds: a verifiable technical issue on Verve's end that prevents you from using the service, or you subscribed but "did not use the service at all during your subscription period".
- Not eligible: accounts suspended or terminated for breaking Verve's terms.
- Yearly plans: an early-cancellation refund only if one of the grounds above applies.
In practice, an ordinary "I don't need it anymore" cancellation gets no money back. Once you've used the service, the never-used ground no longer fits, and you'd need to show a technical fault on Verve's side.
How to request a Verve AI refund
- Open the Help Center chat with the icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Click Send us a message.
- Include your plan and purchase date, a short reason and screenshots of any technical issue.
- Support reviews the request and your usage history. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.
The refund policy page gives email instead: support@vervecopilot.com, with your account details, a clear explanation and any evidence. The help center says approved refunds take 5 to 10 business days and the policy page says 7 to 10, so plan for the longer figure.
If cancelling Verve AI doesn't work
Verve's support runs through the Help Center chat: click the purple chat icon in the bottom-right corner, type your message and send it. Verve says the team replies as soon as possible but doesn't publish a response time. For billing problems, the refund policy names support@vervecopilot.com. When you write, include your account email, your plan, the date you tried to cancel and a screenshot of the Manage page, and ask for written confirmation that the subscription won't renew.

If you'd rather not install anything, the browser AI mock interview has 113 real questions across 9 tracks. Paid plans start at Standard, $14.99 a month (sale; regular $19.99), with 60-minute sessions, up to 100 minutes a day and no gap between sessions, or one-time hour packs from $5.99 that never expire. How do I cancel my Verve AI subscription?
Log in, click Manage Account just below your account name in the top-left corner, click Manage, then open your subscription settings and confirm. As of October 2026, that is the path in Verve's help center, and the subscription then stops renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I get a refund from Verve AI?
Only in narrow cases. Verve's refund policy covers a verifiable technical issue on its end that stops you using the service, or a subscription you didn't use at all, and you must ask while the subscription is active or within 5 business days after it's deactivated. The unused part of a billing cycle isn't refunded.
Do I lose access right away when I cancel Verve AI?
No. Verve says all features stay active until the end of the billing period you've paid for. Its own example: cancel six months into a yearly plan and you keep full access for the remaining six months.
Can I get a refund on a Verve AI yearly plan?
Verve treats a yearly plan as a full-year commitment billed upfront. You can cancel at any time, but the unused part of the year is refunded only if one of its refund grounds applies, such as a technical issue on Verve's side.
How do I contact Verve AI about billing?
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the Verve app and choose Send us a message, or email support@vervecopilot.com, the address on Verve's refund policy page.
Does Verve AI have a free plan?
Yes. As of October 2026, Verve's pricing page lists a Free plan with 3 copilot sessions of 15 minutes and 5 AI mock interviews, with no credit card required. Its help center doesn't say whether a cancelled account moves to that plan automatically, so check your plan after the paid period ends.
What is a free alternative to Verve AI?
CoPilot Interview's free plan gives you 15 minutes every day in sessions up to 15 minutes, with all four modes, including a Mock Interview that scores each spoken answer out of 10. There's no card or signup. Disclosure: we make CoPilot Interview.
