Who makes CoPilot Interview
CoPilot Interview is made by NeuraSense AI LLC, a company founded in 2025. The product is a desktop application, not a browser extension: it runs as its own window beside Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Because it listens to your computer's audio, it works alongside any call app that plays sound through your computer. It has no official integration or partnership with any call app.
The Microsoft Copilot name confusion
The name causes the most common mix-up, so here it is plainly: CoPilot Interview is not affiliated with Microsoft, Microsoft Copilot or GitHub Copilot. "Copilot" is a common word for an AI assistant, and sharing it doesn't make the products related. If you meant Microsoft's assistant, our guide to an AI interview assistant vs Microsoft Copilot explains how the two differ. If you want CoPilot Interview, the official site is copilotinterview.com.
How CoPilot Interview billing and refunds work
All prices are in US dollars and current as of October 2026. The full list, with session lengths, is on the pricing page.

The money-back guarantee has two conditions. It applies to the first payment of a new subscription, and only if your account has used under 30 minutes of live session time. Both conditions are spelled out in the refund policy, which is the page to read before you subscribe. You can cancel a subscription anytime from the account page.
What happens to your audio and data
An interview assistant hears your calls, so this is the question that matters most. According to the site FAQ and the privacy policy:
- Session files stay on your computer, in your own Documents folder.
- Audio is streamed in short encrypted segments through our proxy to a speech-to-text model.
- The question text goes to the AI model you chose to generate the answer.
- Nothing is kept on our servers beyond the request.
For the questions to ask any tool in this category, not just ours, see our guide to AI interview assistant privacy.
What CoPilot Interview does, and what it doesn't
What it does
- Mock Interview: the AI interviews you from your résumé and the job description. You choose the level, 3, 5 or 8 questions, and the mix of behavioral, technical, system design and coding questions. It reads each question aloud, scores each spoken answer out of 10 with what to fix and a model answer, then gives you a report card.
- A browser mock interview at the free AI mock interview page, with 113 real questions across 9 tracks and nothing to install.
- Resume Builder: a tailored résumé from a job URL and your résumé, plus a referral-message generator. See the AI resume builder.
- Interviewer Mode for hiring managers who run interviews. See Interviewer Mode.
- Candidate Mode: live captions of the interviewer's question, then a structured answer in about 2 seconds. Follow the rules of the employer or assessment you're in — many people use it only to practice, which works on the free plan.
- Model choice: 9 AI models in total, a Dual AI Mode where two models answer side by side, and 50+ languages.
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't run in a browser tab. Apart from the browser mock interview, you install a desktop app.
- Candidate Mode doesn't read your résumé. Your résumé and job description are used by Mock Interview and the Resume Builder.
- It doesn't give you a human coach. Scores and feedback come from AI models.
- It has no iPhone app yet, and the Android companion is a beta outside Google Play.
- It can't promise you an offer. No interview tool can.
Limits to know before you pay
Being legit isn't the same as being right for you. These are the trade-offs we'd want to know about:
- You install it. Download, unzip and run:
CoPilot_Interview_Setup.zipon Windows,CoPilot Interview.zipon macOS. - Free sessions are short. The free plan gives you 15 minutes every day in sessions of up to 15 minutes. Full-length sessions need Standard (60 minutes) or Pro and Pro+ (70 minutes).
- Free means the free models. ChatGPT and Gemini models start on Pro; Claude is added on Pro+.
- Phones are limited. The phone companion is a beta for Android 10+, an APK of about 8 MB that isn't on Google Play yet, so your phone asks you once to allow installs from the browser. An iPhone version is coming soon. Phones can't capture system audio or screens, so screen-capture tools stay on the desktop. More in our Android companion guide.
- The refund window is narrow by design. 14 days and under 30 minutes of live session time, on a new subscription's first payment.
